I have been attending Easy Exercising for nearly 4 years now. I was wanting to improve my balance and mobility . The things that I love to do(beach walking, swimming and getting out of a beach chair ) were becoming a challenge. Not anymore though !! Overall it has improved my everyday agility . There is a strict dress code for your own protection which clients are happy to abide by . The machines are supervised and cater for your specific needs . We have been going to easy exercises for a few years, it has been very helpful for my husband he has acquired brain injury, so his balance has been severely affected. But the help he receives has made it easier to get around, all the machines he users are working very well for him, and there are a lot of lovely people who makes us laugh and our lunches are most enjoyable, Jessica and Phoebe look after us well .

I was a client at easy exercise for over 2 years and during this time I made long lasting friendships but to see the treatment from the owners to 4 colleagues speaking in a demeaning and disgusting manner I felt I could no longer be part of this toxic environment , yes there is a very strict dress code to which we all tried to abide but sometimes clothes slip and a small amount of skin is exposed but I don’t see it as a health hazard as we also use towels on all equipment It’s a shame that some of these ladies and gentlemen ... read more

Easy Exercising has help my husband so much. This package has given him back not only his mobility but also a social group that he can interact with and enjoy. He love his exercise time with this friendly knowledgeable positive group. He has achieved and continues to have physical improvement from their taylored exercise program. Thank you Easy Exercising
