Requiring your disabled clients who have a variety of conditions including temperature regulation and sensory difficulties to wear a full neck to toe winter outfit in order to exercise at your clinic is discriminatory. I was advised before signing up that I have to wear long sleeves, long pants, long socks and gloves for hygiene. Also have to buy and bring your own king single bedsheet for hygiene. I've been with easy excercises for nearly 3 years, I loved going there but then they became Ndis and aged care. Machines started to fill up we were asked to move off a machine to let Ndis person on them. Only opening up 3 to 4 hours a day. Not weekends. I am 68 years old with Arthritis it was helping me with it. It was getting busier and I thought that me and others will be told to leave that wasn't with the Ndis. So to get rid of me they said I was rude to one staff member which I wasn't, just asked a question and all the o... read more
