I have been going to Easy Exercisjng at Sunnybank hills now for nearly 12 months and have found the exercising to have helped my knee pain due to arthritis. There is a nice group of ladies that I have met since joining and we get on really well, I would recommend this type of exercising as it is fun and get to met a great group of people as well. I will certainly keep going as I enjoy doing it and gets you ready for the day. Thank you to the staff

Great place to workout, nothing incredible but it get's the job done. Friendly staff and great atmosphere reccomend to anyone who is thinking about it.
Had my trial this morning great way to exercise lovely friendly helpful atmosphere I will be attending 3 times per week 👌🥰
