All three of my kids love Dr Merdad, we followed him from the practice in Sterling. I really like how comfortable he is around around the kids and the rapport he has with them. The techs and staff are very professional and personable, always doing a great job.
This was by far the most unprofessional dental office I have ever visited. After my child’s visit, I checked my account and discovered a charge of over $200 for a routine cleaning for my 10-year-old — despite having insurance coverage. When I called to question the charge, the owner responded with an extremely rude and derogatory tone, accusing me of not paying “past bills from years ago.” I had never received any notice of such bills, and when I explained that I would have paid them had I been informed, he offered no explan... read more
