We have been very pleased since switching to Easy Cut after our original landscaper suddenly gave up his business. At first, owner was very professional, but tried to encourage weekly service rather than bi-weekly which was what was affordable. Owner accepted the job for the remainder of the season at bi-weekly. Crew was very professional, though cut before 8:00 am when grass was still wet from morning dew and clumps were always left all over the yard. Owner requested August payment by text message and then never came to continue cutting in September. No warning to customer and did not reply to my first inquiry about issue.
