Its a total mess. The rates displayed/ advertised are not matching with the real price, they know how to charge you for other reasons. I had worst experience with this guy. He and his friend were all the time busy in chatting about pirated indian movies and softwares. Computers had pirated ms-office and other softwares. Even the anti virus was pirated as it was free for home users only. My job was not clear and clean but i had to pay for bad/incomplete copies also. its junk !! This place is joke. The man over here is not professional at all. My order was all messed up my original were all out of place. This is the last place you want to go I will highly not recommend this place to no one.
Peace, Im an illustrator/graphic designer and I used Easy Copy Center several times in a two month period to search the net, print, make copies, and even scan work for clients. Jay, the manager was always very nice, personable and always gave a discount to regular customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the downtown Oakland area!!!
