I spoke with the owner Scott on Wednesday and I had them come out on Saturday. Albert came to my place and just exceeded EVERY expectation I had! My carpet was so bad that I thought it could ONLY be pulled out. Scott gave me an amazing deal off the bat. I explained how my wife needed to come home from the hospital to a sterile place. He was so understanding. Albert finished and I SWEAR the carpet looked NEW! He sterilized it and it smells, looks and FEELS new.
