WOW! Leaving this review before John has even left my house because I am so impressed. Our carpets had a lot of wear and a stain from brown pediatric formula. We had originally called another company to come clean it, the guy showed up with a little vacuum sized cleaner and told us that he wasn't able to make much of a difference and anyone else who says they could get the stain up and fix the wear is lying. We were able to book a Saturday cleaning on Thursday. The tech had great communication and told us he would be slightly delayed, which was not a problem. We had a lot of cat vomit stains which he was able to get out. The carpet looked great afterwards!
Easy Clean did a GREAT JOB. Customer service and satisfaction is top priority for Scotty (owner) and his team - that was obvious from my first call with Scotty and through the cleaning appointment. Jeff (carpet cleaning tech) did a superb job of managing expectations and then EXCEEDING them. 100/10 recommend!
