They were on time and did a great job. They really got the rugs in the room clean and smelling great. We had a room mate move out that had a dog and they got all the dog hair and got the dog smell out. The most impressive part is I called them on Saturday afternoon and they were able to come on Sunday the very next day. Will definitely use them again.
Jeff did a truly quality job. Did not spend alot of time trying to sell me extra services but focused on what was needed to do the job. I feel that they actually care that the customer is 100% satisfied and their goal is to gain a long term customer. I would give them my highest recommendation.
