Everyone who uses this service knows it's high interest, but they are extremely fraudulent. I was told that only $20 of each $100 payment would go towards my balance; okay, high but it was a desperate situation. Told no early pay off penalty. 9 payments later, which was over $900, my $400 loan still had a payoff balance of $369. !!!! They first admitted I had over paid and would call me back in 10 mins to let me know the exact amount of my refund but never called. I get paid monthly. The person I worked with on my loan was very nice. They made a mistake and set my loan for every two weeks. This the second time they have made a mistake on my loan! The mistake was caught and they corrected it! Well, in two weeks they took unexpectedly 277 out of my account.This made a bill I had paid bounce and cost me a NSF fee. I never have or pay those fees! Received email from someone saying he was reviewing his files to see if everyone got the help they needed. He said he called one of his lenders who would help. When I clicked on the link given to me, yes you guessed it another group of lenders not just a special lender for me as he stated in the email to me. Each time I clicked I got a different site to apply to. I did reply with my findings, but no response. If he does I will be most surprised.
