The definition of excellent customer service is this carpet and floor cleaning team. They have cleaned my carpets before and always did a great job, so I was very impressed to see how well they handled tile and grout cleaning too. Our condo needed a lot of attention, especially the floors, and the tile had become so dull and dirty that we had even thought about replacing it. I’m extremely happy with the professional carpet cleaning service. Our carpets are older and had several tough stains, and with dogs in the house they had really started to look worn and dingy. After this deep cleaning, the carpet looks fresher, brighter, and better than it has in a long time.
