Easy Camper Rental (Mica in particular) was great to work with. Picking up the trailer was quick and convenient, and so was the return. The video on how to operate the trailer as well as the instruction binder was super helpful. We ended up having a few questions after the first night's use, and Mica was very responsive when we called and texted him about the issue. He had an immediate solution.
