I would put zero stars if possible. I just went to this car wash for the first time today and it scratched the top of my car! I talked to the two attendants and one brought out an example piece of the foam the car wash uses to try to convince me that it was not the car wash that did it. Clearly they have enough complaints about damage to vehicles that they keep this around to deny any responsibility for the damage. Easy breezy car wash is my happy place. My car always gets so clean there. I just love it. The light show makes me feel very special when I go through it. I think this is the best car wash in the whole world and I especially love the way the vacuum suck.
Very bad experience I come here all the time I always vacuum first and use the car wash after so I can just leave , the female employee came up to me very very rude saying we can not do this I understand things may have changed but doesn’t mean everyone knows about it , she could have been a little nicer about it but as I explained to her my reasons of me not knowing ,and got the Okay from someone else she still proceeded to stand behind my car as I was vacuuming just staring at me like if she was the owner , I hope manageme... read more
