Great alternative to Luvs
Washed my cars here 30 plus times. This time I went through and they no longer do a pre-rinse on front of car when you go through, as used to. After the wash I went around the front to run the car through again as hood had bird poop still on it. They refused to let me go through again as I only paid for least expensive car wash. So rather than pleasing a steady customer with a 50 cent re/wash they lost a customer for ever and received a poor review! So if you get the least expensive car wash there are no guarantees.
I usually go to the Santa Rosa Avenue location and I have a GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERY SINGLE TIME. I just so happen to try this location on Mendocino Avenue and I so regret it, but at least I have the chance to tell you so hopefully you will ABOID this particular location. I went to do the vacuuming first and I was approached by a younger guy who was very unprofessional and rude telling me I couldn’t use the vacuum first I HAD TO do the wash first.
