I called this company under the impression I would be getting $399 for replacing my auto glass. I spoke to a Joe and asked if I would be getting what was advertised and he said, oh no. We could only give you $199. I agreed and they gave me a time frame from 8-1. They show up at 1. When everything was said and done, they only gave me $150 and was asking me to give their tech a tip. Since when do we start tipping for auto work???? Maybe you should give your workers a raise and pay them from the money you promise your customers... read more
Speaking with Lennie the lady who answers the phone at Easy Auto Glass was absolutely great. She explained how the whole process was going to go & took care everything with my insurance co. I needed 2 cars windshields replaced which she offered me cash for each car & 2 gift cards worth $100 each. I received the cash immediately after the job was finished. I called a couple different auto glass companies to replace my windshield. This company had the best price and were very professional. They gave me a 30 minute notice and were on time. I highly recommend this auto glass company for their prices and quality of work.
