This guy is absolutely wonderful. He has now fixed my dryer twice for two different reasons (once the heating element broke, and the other time because the wheels were jammed). He has been kind every time he's been out here, has come out in a more than reasonable time, and has explained the issues every time. I really cannot thank him enough for his services.
Ordered online, followed by a call to make sure it would go out overnight. They promised it would! Guess what, it didn't! All they did was print the label. I told them at the time of order that I was at a property several states away from my home, and that I need this today. They said "no Problem'! Now I have to pay for another night stay and take a day off unpaid from work. I called them and they could't care less. Buy from anyone else if you want good service!
