"A week and half ago, I called them for an emergency repair of my system as it had frozen over due to low freon. The maintenance man showed up and serviced my system and found a leak. One of their technicians called me later that day with a quote of what it would be for the repair and explained all that they would have to do to repair the line. "Responded really fast! I have two small kids and my AC motor went out and witching just a few days they had it fixed. I did call around and one place said that since I never used them before that it would be a whole month before they could send someone out just after telling me it would be Thursday the 17th… So this company is definitely the place to go! They are friendly, keep you updated on everything, and are very thorough."
