I took a 2 hour class. The instructor did not do fully 2 hour class. First he went to drop another student and then did not even finish 2 hours. The instructor was not patient and not guiding properly. He does not answer the questions properly as well. I would not recommend

Due to a scheduling conflict, the communication between the assistant, customer, and driver was super unclear. Today, the test driver came to my home when I clearly told the assistant that I wanted to reschedule the lesson to Monday. The assistant is not very clear with the instructions and messed up the whole entire communication service between the driver instructor and student. For next time, before blaming the customer who called two days before to reschedule, maybe check in with your assistants. All the best~

Honestly horrible. Rudest person answered the phone also hung up on me and when I called back I asked if there was someone else I could talk to he said call tomorrow that’s when I’m not working. Hanging up the phone crying is not how someone should be after trying to just get help after calling over 20 places. I guess I’ll try tomorrow when he is not there given that’s the only option I have in my circumstances.
