Safe clean place for kids to live n play
I have here over 5years, promises made when I bought my home from park owners were, gated park, landscaping, they would keep it looking good have all never been implemented. Is in poor shape, driving through it looks like no one cares. Dried up mess. Rent has gone sky high as well as 2 years ago ended up paying own garbage and water of between $130 and $150 per month, this was paid first 3 years as I was quoted. Then mothing. Making it about $265-300 month higher area parks that offer more amenities.
