Well, our lift is now installed! After a great deal of planning and reviewing a great many lifts, we finally decided on Easy Access Lifts and they are really nice people to do business with. A good move and a very welcome way of moving floor to floor. Thankyou Aritco and the Easy Access Lifts team.
The design and quality of our new Aritco 6000 lift has exceeded all our expectations. Many thanks to the team at Easy Access Lifts, especially to John who handled the installation into a very tight space in a good natured and professional manner.
We purchased the vertical platform lift for my mother and step father 2 years ago. A buddy and I installed the lift. It was easy to setup and configure as long as you are able and know your way around tools. The lift has worked great! We recently had a problem and needed service. It was close to the expiration of the 2 year warranty. They didn't give us any hassle and Eric, their service manager, was beyond GREAT! We were able to identify the issue in a short amount of time.
