Park is a joke, community manager plays favorites and if he don’t like you your complaints don’t matter does not enforce the rules dogs run loose leaving feces everywhere including on your steps, cars parked on streets , if emergency vehicles had to get in it a cluster, cars parked in yards, the only way to make this park better is if the manager does not want to follow rules he should be replaced, also if you complain they will retaliate against you
This is a really safe neighborhood to live in, but property management sucks here. They have rules in place to be sure that the trailer park is maintained, but only enforce the rules to few. Property manager expects residents to enforce rules when it comes to the dumpsters even though they do have cameras pointing directly at them. There are rules about parking on the road in the lease, but management doesn't enforce it, making getting in and out of the trailer park a nightmare. Eastwood Park is a fantastic spot for relaxation and recreation. It features well-maintained trails, picnic areas, and playgrounds. The serene environment and beautiful scenery make it perfect for family outings! Best park ever! Definitely recommend
