The manager Kathleen is extremely rude and does not look after the community well at all. She now has her son living in one of the units. I saw him taking photos of one of my female neighbors and her children. This lady left the pool rancid for over two weeks. This would be such a beautiful community if she was replaced with someone who will get work done instead of harassing the tenants. Note the photo from the health department says electricle damage. Worst community to live in! The neighbors are nosey, and the manager, Kathleen is always high off of something. In my personal opinion, the manager is the worst part of this small community. She manages about 20 of these apartment home and is highly unprofessional. This place has serious pest control issues. She never follows through on maintenance, and is always looking for a reason to evict the tenants. I was living in those apartments for 8 years. It being so close to Carnelian Elementary School, Alta Loma High School, and all stores was very convenient and saved a lot of gas and money. However not all want well. Like all apartments or homes there are bound to be problems but for me and my family it was unbelievable. The on-site manager was absolutely of no help and our manager of the building wasn’t of much help either.
