My experience with Dr. Zizi Shenouda at Eastwood Medical Clinic was heart-wrenching. At 11 weeks pregnant, she wouldn’t let me explain my sickness, became agitated when I mentioned booking my ultrasound, and tore up my referral letter in front of me. Completely incompetent front desk staff. Tell you wrong times for doctors to be in. Never wipe BP cuff even in the height of covid. Doctors are great. But seriously need need front end staff
