Make sure the AC unit isn't undersized like my Eastwood Home is. Can't use my third story in the summer and they refuse to fix it even though I paid for a 3 zone system.
Very pleased with the ease of contract, design, and build process with Eastwood. The quality and consistency between what we saw in the McDowell model and our McDowell selection was excellent.
I had an amazing experience with Eastwood Homes. My new home is stunning, quality materials are used when constructing my home, and it feels more premium than other builders that I have experienced in the past. Everyone who I encountered who works for Eastwood was simply amazing and pleasure to work with. I’d highly recommend Eastwood Homes!
Very impressed with this builder and the product they offer. After visiting their model in Harpers Mill with Michelle I can honestly say they are a top contender for who we would be interested in building with. Michelle was also fabulous and very detailed with our appointment. Look forward to keeping in touch as we make our final decision.
My wife and I just had our design meeting. We had a great time and a big thanks to Beverly as she was very informative and helpful as we made our selections.
