The worst builder. They don’t take ownership of issues presented and use opportunity to blame the buyer so they don’t have to fix issues. A house just over one year and we have flooring issues and they lied about a thorough inspection of the floor that never happened as only pictures were taken, nails hidden under cabinets sticking out they installed incorrectly and this came to the light last week and after the so called warranty period.
