Great people and great service after the sale , sales agent Mitch was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful builder is always on site and willing to help. Highly recommended!! We had a hail storm on 5/13/2019 if you are looking at an existing model please ask ask about hail damage , at this point I would hire a private inspector prior to making a deal. Be careful.... I am the residence of 84 Dove Valley Circle, Garner. The house I have bought from Eastwood Homes had very bad experience with Warranty support. My Patio door was in poor condition since I got the House and reported timely again and again. Now I need two persons to open my Patio door. The Warranty department is never reachable though they have a Website but there is no contact number, no person to receive/attend my complaint on their Warranty website.

You are certainly a “person” to them and not just a “sale.” You are made to feel right at home here throughout the entire process. And I can’t wait to officially call this community home.
