Worst builder ever. I regret buying with them. They build cheap houses, discriminate against people and do not really care once you close with them. They fix our neighbor drainage problem by digging a slope in our backyard days after we move in. Now all the water is coming into our yard and they still refused to fix. They argue that the water has to remain in our yard for 48 hours while the warranty says 24hrs. Please do your research before buying.
Don’t waste your money on cheap houses these people build. My hardwood floor is coming off less than a year and they don’t fix anything properly. You will loose peace of mind if you buy with them.
