Worse place to live, pay over 200/month HOA dues for absolutely nothing. The HOA budget says lawn care, water, trash and electricity. The lawns get mowed only when somebody complains. It is embarrassing. No sprinklers, no central trash. The sales staff is a rotating door. They over commit to sell and SUCH horrible quality. LVP coming up, paint faded off, putty everywhere in the corners and the amount of pain on the floor is pathetic! Will never buy another Eastwood home and they customer service is horrible.
