spoken with friends different community, same builder. what a nightmare. terrible experience in more than one way. understand that all houses may have a little this or that, but when it's of lot of bad and worse, hold your breath.
Eastwood reps assure you all throughout the process leading up to close that treating customers well is a priority but thats simply not the case. They contract services like plumbing and preferres lending to companies that are not customer focused and then become unresponsive when you reach out for help. They also claim your new home will be cleaned prior to move in. It won't. My new home is beautiful but I cannot say Id recommend Eastwood to anyone I know planning to make a home purchase because of the lack of customer serv... read more
