This community is SO convenient to everything! Loved the Davidson model home and community feel.
After spending @ 15 K extra for Kitchen, Cabinets are not working, water is dripping from kitchen faucet. The painting has multiple spots needs repair. The builder representative was very nice in the begining, near the closing time, did not do repairs, just removed all the tapes from spots which needed repairs and said he can not do all repairs as 100 % work is not guaranteed.
