I do not recommend Eastwood Homes based on my experience after purchasing a new construction home. What should have been an exciting process turned into months of stress dealing with plumbing issues, water damage remediation, repeated contractor visits, communication delays, and disputes over responsibility for damages. I have been touring homes today. I came in 20 minutes before closing plenty of time to see the model home... The lady seemed uninterested in helping me see the demo house. She said it was too close to closing time she must not want to sell. When I came in she was literally doing nothing. She did at least offer to send me information but I told her I didn't want to do all that until I saw the quality of the building. She had no smile and no drive.
