Great customer service from Craig and the team.
Initially spoke with craig over the phone who was very helpful. I thought I knew the projector I wanted, but after coming into the store to demo (dealt with mike who was for a knowledgeable and not pushy at all) I ended up with a sharp priced viewsonic v57-4k which is perfect for my needs.
I'm very happy to give a very positive review. I am an online only shopper and have only dealt with them over the years on the phone. The advice has been very honest and there has been no "up sales". They have been honest with realistic outcomes from spending. I think the pricing is pretty good and they can also tried to match prices. Happy to trust them.
Awesome to deal with. I rang up with questions regarding subwoofers I was interested in. They gave honest answers, didn’t try any pushy sales tactics to get me to go for the more expensive models. Super fast delivery and even answered some dumb setup questions I had! Well done guys.
