Almost 3 decades ago I bought my first stereo system from Eastwood Hifi when it actually was in Eastwood shopping Centre and in that time my Yamaha system has served me very well but like all things when it came time to replace it. I went straight back to Eastwood Hifi for the same great advice and after sales support. I’ve shopped here a couple of times and the experience has always been positive. Recently I had to get in touch with them about new speakers that had some cosmetic defects. They swapped them for another pair, which unfortunately had a different issue. They offered a refund without any hassle. Really appreciate the amazing after sales customer service. Will be shopping here for my future HiFi needs. Thanks to Craig and the team!
I've been to many hifi stores in Australia and I often get ignored or treated like an idiot. The elitism shown and contempt shown towards myself just because I am a novice or dress like I drive a cheap car is a real drag. But not Eastwood Hi-fi. they are super knowledgeable and also so kind and polite. Easily the best Hi-Fi store I've walked into in Australia. Wonderful service and they have amazing stock
