My son had an appointment for a filling of a cavity, this office had him there for over an hour and a half, they numbed him and then left his room so long that the numbing agent wore off, and the dentist administered the numbing agent again I don’t know what she did but she caused him tremendous pain. One of the workers there was talking inappropriately about other patients when we were checking out. Definitely overbooked and off putting office
I’ll give them this, they gave me an appointment pretty quick. I was having an emergency dental issue and I didn’t know what was wrong. The place is super crazy outdated. Then the dentist banged on my teeth with a metal instrument and asked if it hurt (obviously it did) and told me she couldn’t do anything but to come back again for her to “finish the job.” I decided to drive to Buffalo to get it taken care of instead of going back there. I had a dental emergency today, on a Saturday, over a holiday weekend. I have never been seen by this office before, called at 10am, and was in their chair by 11am. That alone I will forever be grateful for! They got me in immediately, and took such good care of me. Every staff member was excellent at their job, and very personable and patient. Wonderful Dental Office. I was unable to get into any dental office for excruciating debilitating toothache. I called Dr. Laura’s office and she was able to squeeze me in the same day. She was so pleasant and the office staff is wonderful. Thank you !!!
