They don't care about you they just want the insurance money..when I told them the services were no longer needed they sent the cops to arrest me lol lol
I have been attending this therapy clinic for the past few years, and I wanted to share my experience. Patty & Cindy are great they listen and don't judge. I feel confident in both of them. People that gave a one star call and ask for a different therapist.
Paying for "treatment" that is at best unhelpful and is probably even counterproductive. Terrible.
They don't actually care to help people. I'm court ordered and when the lady on the phone finds out she gets an attitude and treats me like a second class citizen. I understand you may have policies but to immediately have your tone change and to patronize me with "would you otherwise have gotten help" is ridiculous when I'm trying to get help now.
