I’ve been battling knots in my neck and traps for over a week, along with the headaches that come with all the tension. I was so grateful my husband surprised me and was able to get a last-minute appointment with her after he saw I was really struggling. Unprofessional communication. I question their legitimacy and legality. A more appropriate response would have been, “yes I have my license displayed in my massage studio. I would be happy to show you when you get here” instead of immediately suggesting I cancel. I did not suggest to cancel, you did. Asking if you are licensed is normal question before visiting a new therapist.

I'm grateful that I had the privilege to score a last minute appointment with Kwan. I've been traveling and my body is upset about sleeping in unfamiliar beds and sitting on planes. I was just passing through and I'm really glad that I found her. The deep tissue massage I received prepared me for the last leg of my journey home.
