For starters, customer service can take classes on how and how not to speak to customers. I called your company today at about 8/6/19 at noon, and asked to speak to a manager, the person who answered the phone said she was a manager. RecommendedLet’s be honest...majority of the time, people need a locksmith when locks need to be changed immediately or we can’t get in something because we can’t find the key. It’s inconvenient, frustrating and the last thing we want to have to deal with.
