Absolute scam I'm a local girl and took my car to eastway after I was hit and run. They only painted half the scratches, the new tires they put on the rubber flew off the rim in the first month, new door wasn't even glued in and wired right so alarm goes off constantly, it looks as they hit the Front of my car off something after the paint job, and THEY STOLE MY FLOOR Mats?!? My girlfriend sent her vehicle to Eastway through her insurance company after a collision. They kept her car for at least 10 weeks, lied to her three times both when she asked about her vehicle's repair progress and then also when she asked on two separate occasions when she would get it back (the third is coming up and I'm not confident it'll happen).
