The surgery both inside and outside is run down and in need of refurbishment, no work carried out since the 1990s , you have to que from 0730hrs most mornings to try and get an appointment for that day , the surgery doesn't open till 0830hrs , to try and get through on the telephone to book an appointment, you can wait on the line 20-30 mins to get an answer, this surgery needs urgent attention to repairs and staffing levels , each doctor has to walk into the waiting room and ask for the patient , as the automatic patient to... read more

Absolutely awful. Was dismissed by two of the doctors here for over 4 years, despite concerning symptoms which eventually turned out to be cancer. They are apathetic. One of the doctors in particular is renowned for being rather dismissive and impatient and has been rather unpleasant to deal with. They’re so bad, I often put off going even when my symptoms suggest I need to go.

This a good surgery, but as with most it's overwhelmed with too many patients. Our nhs has not been able to match demand, especially since covid. The staff here are excellent, and the Dr's too. I'm always treated well, despite the pressure that the surgery is under.
