Service department is brutal, they’re all arrogant, lack communication and take their sweet time to do anything. If my truck was finished and ready yesterday why didn’t you call me yesterday? Why did I have to drive by and see it in the parking lot

Sounds like Eastview is good at Sales in talking to a customer of yours is very dissatisfied with your service dept service This person being my friend is being kept anonymous for fear the service depth will continue to charge a lot but not fix the problem
Dealer trade. Had eveything ready when I got there Truck I picked had 1/2 tank of gas. So didnt have to worry about gas. Was able to top off gas at my convience and preferred gas station.
