Wish I didn’t have to give a single star! We live out of state but she was back in her home town visiting for summer break for college. Unfortunately she had an accident last night and the state trooper called this tow company. My daughter first asked for the car just to be towed to her friends house where she’s staying while visiting. Gloria who I spoke with to see about picking my vehicle up was extremely rude. I am in the customer service industry for my job and if I spoke to customers the way she spoke to me I wouldn't have a job or business to run.
