Very pleasant atmosphere. Very little waiting time . I have been going to this office for 18 yrs.
I wish I could give these people zero star and that will be for whoever is the receptionist or operator picking the phone. She didn’t even listen to what I had to say before transferring me to the next line with no option for what I was looking for and when I called back to tell her, she had the right to tell me to stay on that call and listen instead of calling her back. Words can't express as to how great our stay was here at Eastside Women's Medical Center. My wife, our newborn and myself stayed here from Wednesday to Sunday and felt at home for the whole stay. The nurses went above and beyond. I really can't say enough. Special shout out to Maya and Kristen in the delivery department and then a special shout out to Mia and Jada in postpartum department. I absolutely love this practice. Dr Iloabuchi delivered my daughter while she herself was 36-37 weeks pregnant. (August 3rd 2020) They were so caring, made sure I was comfortable, & being a FTM with high anxiety disorder, they made sure I was comfortable and fully ready to leave the hospital. NOW flash forward to today at her office, the ONLY downside I have is this new nurse up at the front. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE PROBLEM. doesn’t seem to like her job. Maybe she should find a new job 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
