Poor maintenance, slow response and lack of attention to property are the primary concerns here. In an older building you expect certain inconveniences (terrible TV & internet options, older fixtures, etc) but the issues here go far beyond that. There is only one maintenance worker on staff so most service requests require a contractor to be hired. This complex does not provide access to a washer / dryer room. Many apartments do not have a washer/dryer hook up. If you're a resident here, you'll have to do your laundry at a public laundromat. It is very inconvenient. I can't wait to move.

STAY AWAY! I have lived here for and can give you an unbiased opinion. The apartments are nice but the management is HORRIBLE, I have an awful taste in my mouth and am buying out my lease. Here is my experiance: When I first moved here I was quoted a good rate, and wrote a check. My check was cashed. When I went in to finalize the paperwork the price was $250 more for a smaller apartment. They said they had no record of the quote they had first given me.. Luckily I still had my copy.
