We had a great experience at this clinic. The front desk staff were friendly and very patient, especially helping us with our insurance claim. Dr. Lily was gentle, caring, and gave us very helpful advice. The clinic is also clean and well-organised. Highly recommend!

They wont put claims through to insurance companies, have azked 3 times ,promised me they will that was a week ago, i havs asksd for them to email a copy of the invoice, once again promises but no action. This is a service assistance dog for PTSD so all they have done is exabate my PTSD . Not to menfion put Dept Veteran Affairs on hold as i cant send invoices to them or dstails
Dr Nick was great and super knowledgeable. Grateful Eastside Vets was able to get me and my Bengal Phoenix in to see a vet so promptly
