Would give zero stars. Ssd sent me here for an evaluation. This Dr laughed and dismissed the fact that I have PTSD,ADHD BPD, bi polar and generalized anxiety. Actually laughed when I told him my mother abused me. He thinks not wanting to be alive is hilarious. The fact that I was sexually abused was amusing to him. Please don't bring your children here.

I truly wish I could leave 0 stars. I signed up for a Telehealth meeting at 10:25. We are asked to be on 10-15 minutes before, while I did this I pulled in at 10:10 go on for my doctor. They made sure to call me to get my credit card info but doing my virtual visit was a nightmare. I waited and waited. I even got into the COVID test line to see if I would have it done before I was up to test. The girl told me to pull aside and she would run in to tell them to jump on my call. Would recommend this Urgent Care to anyone! Dr. Noor Hassan MD is so knowledgeable and I can always rest assured to get the best care. Staff equally great and caring. Quicker, cheaper, and all around better than going to the ER. Have went to this Urgent Care many times and will continue to go there due to I am confident in getting the right diagnosis and treatment in a timely manner!
I went there on September 26, 2016 for a pre-employment drug screen I signed in gave the receptionist my driver's license and took a seat. A young male Specimen Processor came out and called my name his name is Garrett and took me back to do the drug test. I took my adult son to East Side after 2 weeks of nausea, night fevers and fatigue. The Doctor's only advice was for him to force himself to eat. Fortunately, I was able to get him in to see my family practitioner later the same day. He identified a large abdominal mass and ordered further tests. Following the advice given by the East Side physician could easily have cost my son's life as we later learned he had symptoms of liver cancer!
