I've used Eastside to catch a ride to the airport, it saved me quite a bit of money vs paying for parking plus it was convenient. Guys working the cars are always friendly as well.
Eastside provided limo service for our wedding day. Nice vehicle. Driver, DJ, was very professional courteous, and kind. We had a whole lot of things to transport from the hotel to the wedding venue. DJ took care of getting all of it into the car. Then at the end of the day, he loaded gifts and a lot of belongings back into the vehicle. Do yourself a favor and call for an Uber ride rather than this heartless company. Not only was the Uber half the cost, they were quick, friendly, and I was able to setup and pay for my sons ride. (My son lives 3 hours away from me, was 26 miles from his apartment, and was stranded at night in the cold with a phone that died). Thank you Uber for doing what this Taxi company refused to do!
This was the worst limo experience we could have ever had. We rented a stretch navigator limo for our wedding. The limo driver was to pick up the groomsmen at the grooms house, take them to the church, then pick me up (the bride) and take me to the church. I confirmed the route with the company three times. The limo driver picked the guys up and took them to the church, and then forgot he was to pick me up. My wedding was thirty minutes late starting because of this.
