4 months waiting for a trailer, paid $3500 deposit. Steve completely ghosted us for most of the time to then cancel the job via text with no explanation!! Going on 3 weeks, still NO REFUND and no communication. We will have to take legal action now! As a not for profit volunteer run charity, these funds have been donated to us for this program which has really hurt us and our clients and will leave us with no choice but to cancel our school recycling education program if we can not recover the funds.
