Took the car in for first oil change. Adolfo was courteous and responsible. Let us know at check in that there was 2 cars ahead because they were short-handed. Instead of 1 hour, I waited 2 hours for the job done. To compensate us, they threw in a discount. That was nice. Reading some of the comments left here...i couldn't help to conclude every dealership service department is as reliable as your luck of the day.
