Good service
I normally have done oil changes here and they have been fine. Recently I tried contacting them for windshield replacement covered by extended warranty as part of Subaru settlement . I got someone who said i will be contacted about it by a service tech and was not contacted. I called again in couple weeks only to have the same experience repeated.
This is about service and attitude, and how it can go a long way. I thought my 60K service would be covered by my supplemental coverage. It wasn't. I understand, and had to get it done. I am partly responsible, for not immediately asking for a coupon, but it was heat of the moment. I was in a loan car, and my car was in the shop. A friend might ask me, "Why would they offer you a coupon, where they lose money?" Had service done here, was a nice experience, efficient. Accommodated pickup that fit my schedule which was helpful. Josephine was very helpful and responsive to questions.
