Kevin was awesome!
Loved the service. Adolfo was very helpful and courteous. My tire had a nail stuck in it and was losing pressure. My brake pads also needed to be replaced. Adolfo gave me very accurate estimates which helped me make decisions about the repairs. He also arranged for me to get a loaner car, which I appreciated because I have a fairly long commute. Alison at the service desk was also quite helpful. She trained me on how to use the controls in the loaner car and was quite patient with me. All round this was a good experience.
Everything was great, didn’t expected to be rude at the time of pickup my car.
Good service, faster than anticipated, clear pricing upfront, service member was available for questions when needed
Avoid. Will tack on excessive fake charges. Tried to charge for starndard waranty and for the floor mats that come eith the trim package. Over $10,000 in made up fees Horrible.
