Eastside Subaru has taken excellent care of my 2 Outbacks for at least 10 years. This latest service included regular maintenance plus locating an unresolved problem that possibly was overlooked while being repaired in another state for 63 days after being t-boned. Ethen Gerrells, our service consultant kept us updated all along the 2 days it took for Justin Dusenberry to locate and solve the problem. I recently scheduled an appointment w Subaru of Kirkland to get a new fob key. Oakley and team provided me with a loaner and made sure that the fob key was programmed in a professional and timely manner. It is refreshing to receive such excellent service !
Amazing exceptional service!! Arturo and his team was super professional about a situation that could have ended badly for me. I brought in my car to get the tires replaced, little did I know the entire under side of the car was rusted to the point where the oil was leaking and parts were falling off. Instead of just giving me the car back, they alerted me of the issues and helped get my insurance to pay for it!! In the meantime, they provided a nice loaner car for me.
