Went in for a chemical peel two weeks ago. The peel was 100% ineffective. I don’t know whether it was old stock or what, but the peel had absolutely no effect. The office was incredibly unhelpful when I called for advice. And the front desk person sent me argumentative emails when I was trying to see if there was anything that could be done, seeing as how I was out $175 for a procedure that did not work. Love these ladies! I see Kim and she has really done a great job with helping me with my skin care. Some places take advantage and oversell , but Kim is honest and will make sure that you are happy with the results.
Kim is absolutely amazing. She knows what she’s doing, and will make you look & feel so beautiful & refreshed! I made the switch from a different office, very happy that I did! Highly recommended!!!
