I need to let everyone know that this company left us in shambles. We had leaks into our master closet, in the walls, etc. I could go on and on. I tried to file small claim against him, and the sheriff could not serve him. I was told that he is in legal problems, which I will not embarrass him about, missing, voicemail full, and has lost everything. I highly do not think that you will get ahold of him. If you do, run! God bless him. He had a very sucessfull business. Very sad.
Austin & team are amazing. I am writing this review 2.5 years after he did a complete remodel/renovation for our home and their work has stood the test of time. I originally followed Austins work on Social media for 2 years, as they continued to grow and was a fan of their projects and finally decided to get our reno started. Completed a kitchen remodel in later 2024 which involved moving a couple of walls and installing new cabinets. One of the new walls is showing significant cracks. Although I have a two year warranty, afraid it will not help. Have made repeated calls for company to come out and assess problem, with no response. Would not suggest using this company for any renovation needs and not even sure if the company is still in business.
Good luck getting them to respond. I have reached out via email, the website, have called (they don't pickup), left a voicemail, and even tried reaching out via Instagram direct message. Nothing. Obviously, they're not ready to expand and take on new clients. We will take our business elsewhere.
We really wanted a great experience with East Side Kitchen and Bath after seeing photos of their work and reviews of happy customers. However, that was not our experience! We had an appointment to go into their showroom on a Tuesday afternoon for a bathroom remodel. A few hours before the owner Austin Horne called and informed he had strep throat and was unable to meet.
