I was referred to Dr Jonnala back in March after a few long months of inexplicable symptoms, and it really has been a great partnership so far. I’ve been impressed with everyone across the board with appointment scheduling, refill requests, and anything else I’ve needed. I’ve appreciated Dr Jonnala’s communication and honesty/expectation setting in each of my interactions with her.
I have been with Dr Jonnala for over 10+ years. She has excellent patient care. She listens intently to your issue (which is rare nowadays) and she is very knowledgeable regarding Rheupus (lupus and rheumatoid) Mrs. Tika is the exact same way she is sweet and relatable, along with the staff. If I could give 5 stars I would. Because they are just AMAZING!
I took my mom to see this rheumalogist office after she had PCP referral and I am so glad we ended up here. The medical team ( front desk and MDs) were on the same page. Their goal was to figure out what was wrong with my mother. I really appreciate them for all their help.
