I had a referral from doctor to see Dr Smith. She denied seeing me. I couldn’t even get an appointment. The receptionist asked my reason for the referral(chronic pain and fatigue). I told her my doctor was wondering if it’s fibromyalgia or an auto-immune disease. The receptionist put me on hold and said the doctor said I didn’t meet her criteria. Wow! Dr. Karen Smith is an excellent doctor but her assistant and office manager are the worse. 30 min on hold on a good day. Very rude. But once you get passed that lady you get dr Smith a Great dr indeed.
