This is by far the worst car buying experience you could ever ask for. The employees as a whole, are deceitful, deceptive, and corrupt. The only thing They did right was cash my check. Had to Sue the business in order to get money back for a vehicle they forged documentation on. Even that is a long drawn out process while the owner sits back and laughs at the customers expense.
Bought a BMW that transmission went out in the same day. Returned it to them and got a Chrysler product before the holidays. Left for out of town the next day and broke down the 2nd day we were there! We went to pull the part ourselves to save the money to fix but the car shouldn't have broke down to begin with! When it happened, I call them and they told me what to look at so they knew exactly what the problem was with it! They will screw you if you buy from them!!!!!
This place is freaking joke I regret dealing with them. My engine light came on the same day I bought my vechile then I had to turn around 3days later and put 300 in it. It was well over the date of my temporary tag expired before I got my title and still had to come down there to get the title fixed so I could get my tag oh and I also had a 63 penalty and it wasn't even my fault that I didn't get my title on time. booo, Jerome was nice to deal with while in discussion, Once he got my check cashed (same day) the minor repairs he promised to take care were now my problem. He actually told me I should have been more of a man and taken the car into a professional and had it looked at, because it was being sold asis. thanks
These people are very unprofessional, and they sale a bunch of lemons. I purchase a vehicle from them and in a few short days the engine light was on and was broke down. They soupe up their cars just well enough to get them off the lot. I will never do business with them again. Please save yourself the hassle.... Not unless you want to deal with a con artist
